Jaguar decided to have some fun showing off the new F-Pace at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in the UK this past weekend. Stunt driver, Terry Grant, drove the F-Pace up the Goodwill hill on two wheels while stunt and freestyle motorcycle rider, Lee Bowers, climbed out of the passenger seat to stand on the side of the SUV. Bowers entertained with handstands while Grant kept the vehicle steady on two wheels. Grant is also the driver who helped Jaguar set the Guinness World Record for the biggest loop-the-loop and had this to say about his partnership with Jaguar, “When Jaguar gave me the opportunity to reunite with the F-PACE used to break the world’s largest loop record, I couldn’t say no. Its light, stiff aluminium body and precise controls make it the perfect wheelie vehicle, and it was great to have Lee Bowers along for company – even if he did climb out halfway through our run!” The two went through extensive planning and practicing at the Santa Pod Raceway in Northamptonshire to ensure everything went smoothly.
